Friday From The Collectors

Shades of The Departed will be publishing a Guest Blogger Post Series starting April 11, called Friday From The Collectors. Every Friday a guest blogger will give us a fresh perspective on just how "Shades Of The Departed" resonates with them.

Shades will be hosting guests from the world of genealogy, collecting, writing, education, library science, and more. I think this will be a very interesting series of posts and a great way to end the week.

The guest posts begin with Becky Wiseman author of the kinexxions blog. Becky is a GeneaHistorian who will author the first Friday of the series.

I am a regular reader of kinexxions and a fan of Becky Wiseman's work. She is the consummate GeneaHistorian. Her professional posts about her family history offer all of us insight into the process of developing a well researched and uniquely presented family history.

In January 2004, Becky received the Charles Wiseman Family Bible containing a dozen unidentified photographs. Becky authored a terrific series of posts based on these photographs she called, "Mystery Photo #1 - #10.
